Our retro oak photo booth brings instant prints and plenty of personality to weddings across Cheshire, Manchester and the North West. Choose a backdrop and print layout to suit your celebration, then let your guests create their own memories.
Three hours of hire costs £495, with a £150 deposit to secure the booking. Extra hours are £75, a physical guestbook is £35 and an audio guestbook can be added for £100. Share your venue and preferred start time when you enquire so we can confirm the arrangements.

Around 2m × 2m, a standard UK power socket and access approximately 45 minutes before your start time.
Everything set.
Setup takes around 35 minutes. Your attendant stays throughout the hire, and every booth is insured with PAT-tested equipment.
All the fun.
Your full booked coverage is for your guests. Setup and the roughly 15-minute pack-down are separate.

Ultimate Photo and Ultimate Photo + Video include five hours of the Retro Oak Photobooth. Ultimate Video includes three hours. All three include the audio guestbook.

How much space and power do you need?
Allow around 2m × 2m and access to a standard UK power socket. Let us know your preferred position so we can check the setup with you.
How long do setup and pack-down take?
We need access around 45 minutes before your booth starts. Setup usually takes 35 minutes and pack-down around 15 minutes. These are separate from your booked booth coverage.
How many prints do guests receive?
Each session produces two instant prints: one for your guests and one for the guestbook, if added. Your hire includes unlimited printing during the booked coverage.
Can we choose the backdrop and print design?
Yes. Choose from the 12 included backdrops shown on this page. Your personalised 6 × 4 inch print layout can be landscape or portrait, with your names, logo, colours and theme. Proofs are supplied ahead of the event where required.
Can we book extra time?
Yes. Extra operating hours cost £75 each and can be added before your event. Idle time, where the booth stays set up but paused, is £35 per hour.
Is travel included?
Travel within Cheshire, Manchester and the North West is included. A small mileage fee may apply further afield; ask us for a quote for your venue.
Can the booth be outside?
Yes, in a fully covered area with power and protection from the weather. We assess the proposed location beforehand.
Is the equipment insured and tested?
The booth has Public Liability Insurance and PAT-tested electrical equipment. Certificates are available on request.
Can we bring our own guestbook?
Of course. Please also supply your own glue and pens. Adhesive, pens and attendant support are included with the £35 TGW guestbook add-on.
How do we secure our date?
Send your date, venue and preferred booth timings. A £150 deposit confirms a standalone photobooth booking once availability and your details are agreed.
